Nyack Israel Relief Effort

As we get more and more news from our brothers and sisters in Israel, so many in our community have been wanting to help. 

We have set up a fund to DIRECTLY financially support the following with contacts on the ground:

• Help Chabad in Sderot (Chayala's classmate, Rebbetzin Tzivia Pizem, is one of the Chabad representatives in Sderot) bring basic necessities to families, including those who while grieving the loss of family members, lost everything. Chabad of Sderot is on the frontline providing IDF men and women with vital daily support and inspiration.
   
• Help Chabad of Nahariya (Rabbi Wilhelm, the Chabad representative in Nahariya's daughter is a Nyack resident) provide comfort and support to soldiers on the northern frontline, under attack and threat from Lebanon.
   
• Help a Rockland native who owns a restaurant in Jerusalem continue to deliver hundreds of meals daily to soldiers on the front-lines.
   
• Help a Nyack family get vital protective gear - armoured vests and helmets - for their children's units that were called up to fight. 

Together we can make a difference immediately in so many ways.
