JUDA of Rockland offers a stimulating yet friendly environment where children embrace their Jewish roots and gain a true sense of Jewish pride, no matter their level of observance or affiliation. 

Children, ages five through twelve,  acquire a broad knowledge of Judaism through a motivating and challenging program. Our students gain an appreciation for the joys, values and traditions of our heritage as it is vividly brought to life by the dedicated and enthusiastic teachers whose creativity and dynamic presence make every lesson a unique learning experience.

At JUDA our goal is simple: We want our students to view Judaism in an intelligent, relevant and upbeat light. Coupled with the Aleph Bet, Holiday learning and Hebrew literacy, your child will have developed a deep love and appreciation for their precious heritage, imbuing their every day with a sense of pride and purpose.

The mission of JUDA of Rockland is to provide and promote the highest quality Judaic education to a diverse community of Jewish children.

Our aim is to nurture and build the foundation of your child(ren)'s Jewish identity through our interdisciplinary educational approach. The focus of our dedicated teachers is to inspire a two fold love.  A love for learning and and a love for Judaism while fostering a feeling of familiarity within their heritage for each individual child.

A well-balanced Hebrew School education will develop in our students a commitment to using Torah values as a guide to the decisions of life, community, and life-long learning and teaching.

Staff

JUDA of Rockland prides itself in our staff.  Staff members are imbued with a desire to impart their love and knowledge of Judaism to their students.  Recognizing that Hebrew School is an academic after-school program in addition to their regular school hours, our teachers endeavor to create an engaging hands-on program that engages the interest of the child.
